Snoring, waking up after a night’s sleep and feeling more tired than ever are just two of the symptoms of sleep apnea. This sleep disorder can contribute to many adverse events, including heart attacks and strokes. Diagnosis of sleep apnea can take place wiht a sleep study at Lewis-Gale Medical Center’s Sleep Center.
