Great item.,
I bought this and it sat on my bar for 3 months before I actually molded and used it. I have been using it for 2 days and it is great. The last 2 days when I have woken up, I actually feel refreshed again and my head isn’t fuzzy.
You have to be smarter than the equipment in order to mold it. You also have to be careful when you are molding it and keep something in the “breathing” hole so it doesn’t close up. Essentially, just heat it up in water (with something in the hole), put it in your mouth and suck on it like you do a football mouthpiece.
Sometime at night your lips will touch and close off the airhole, I tried putting a 1″ piece of straw in the hole like I saw on some other mouthpiece review and it worked great.
I like this much better than my CPAP and it seems to work better. My wife says I don’t snore anymore either and as she wakes up periodically in the night, she said I seemded to be breathing normally.

Low rent seller,
Even though this item did,in fact, cut down on my snoring,I’m not happy.
The manufacturer didn’t even bother to put in the wooden piece(essential to the items preparation).
Terrible seller.

Cheap But good,
After ordering several different silastic jaw advancement devices- this was the cheapest but similar or better in quality to all the others selling for several times as much. This device did not stop snoring for me, but seemed to help sleep without interruption.
LIke reading glasses, I seem to repeatedly loose or misplace this item, so bought three and plan or replacing these as I run out.
