Playing the …
Playing the didgeridoo has helped me and they didn’t mention that on iVillage. I love it and I’m getting good at it now. There is a fun yet educational video on YouTube about this on my “Crazy Cures” channel.

I got my CPAP …
I got my CPAP machine two days ago. What an amazing difference! If you have sleep apnea your doctor will subscribe you one most likely. There is a surgery, but it’s for a small percentage of the people who suffer from SA. The machine I got is called a Sandman Intro, by Puritan Bennett. Very nice and simple rig. Good luck!

Good luck, …
Good luck, seximeggie. If you do have apnea, I’d encourage you to do whatever it takes to get the doctors to put you on xPAP, such as poke the doctors in the butt with a shovel, knock them on the head with a stethoscope, or whatever. 😉

I’m the same way as …
I’m the same way as you. When I finally fell asleep at a red light and my foot fell off the clutch and stalled the car, I decided to do a sleep study. In fact, I am typing this the morning after. There are 2 types of studies…mine was called a split study. Once they observed that I had sleep apnea, the tech woke me up and hooked me up to a CPap. I feel so awake and refreshed now, moreso than the last ten years. Please see your doctor about a sleep study. I feel so blessed to have better sleep.
