Due to anxiety and spiked depression, I was unknowingly grinding my teeth in my sleep and would wonder where tooth pain came from. This is a VERY inexpensive way to protect your teeth. You can boil them to mold to your teeth and cut/trim the tops for more comfort. It takes maybe 2 days to get used to so I suggest maybe wearing it on and off a few hours before bed. Two pairs come too so if you’re thinking for sanitary purposes chucking one after a little bit also is a great price point. I believe my dentist quoted me $200+ for a reusable mouth guard. I’d recommend for anyone seeking relief.

I liked that this product was easy to use and that it is affordable. The four for $17 was a bargain compared to the $500+ retainer from my dentist. I liked that there were four in the package. I made two molds and prefer one over the other. I have two other back-ups when I need a replacement. If my dog chews it up (as she did with my $500+ dentist guard) I can affordably and easily replace with a new one.
